  • Name5. Notwithstanding the provisions of The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015, (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order, with or without modifications), no enlargement, improvement or other alteration of the dwellings shall be carried out and no building or other structure shall be erected within their curtilages.7. The parking and turning areas shall be laid and hard surfaced before any of the dwellings hereby permitted are first occupied. The parking and turning areas, once provided, shall not be obstructed in any way that would prevent such use.8. No part of the development hereby permitted shall be occupied until such time as the visibility splays details on Drawing No 08/06/131/B1 submitted as part of P/09/0472/2 have been provided at the site access. These shall thereafter be permanently maintained with nothing within those splays higher than 0.6 metres above the level of the adjacent footway.9. No part of the development hereby permitted shall be occupied until such time as 2 metres by 2 metres pedestrian visibility splays have been provided on the highway boundary on both sides of the access with nothing within those splays higher than 0.6 metres above the level of the adjacent footway. Once provided, these splays shall be so maintained in perpetuity.14. No dwelling hereby permitted shall be occupied until the bin storage area to the north of the access driveway has been provided in accordance with details shown on the submitted plan no 306. Once provided, the area shall be retained at all times thereafter.

The drive and turning area shall be laid and hard surfaced using a porous method of construction, details of which shall have previously been agreed with the local planning authority, before any of the dwellings hereby permitted are first occupied. The access drive and turning area shall thereafter be permanently retained as constructed in accordance with the agreed details. 10. The landscaping scheme shall be fully completed, in accordance with the details agreed under the terms of the above condition, in the first planting and seeding seasons following the first occupation of any part of the development or in accordance with a programme previously ag
